Stunning beach and clean sand with plenty of palm trees. However, the food was overpriced and not very good.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay, always

available to assist us, especially during breakfast where they offered the best pho. However, I did notice the location is quite remote, making outside dining a bit challenging without a motorbike. Appreciate the cute playground for kids, though!

I had an incredible experience with the spacious and beautifully designed bungalow, offering direct access to the serene beach. The variety of breakfast options was delightful, featuring daily changing Vietnamese dishes along with western choices. The outdoor swimming pool area was pristine, making it the perfect spot to relax and soak up the sun.

The bungalows offer a unique waterfront experience, providing immediate access to the gentle rhythms of the sea. The layout of the property, with its wooden bridges, gives it a charming, rustic vibe.

The location requires a taxi for any dining outside the hotel, which feels a bit isolated. Menu items are sometimes odd, like Hawaiian pizza missing the traditional toppings. Limited sunbeds around the pool, with only four available and a shortage on the beach, can become an issue during busy times. Also, dirty bedsheets were disappointing, and bottles and litter remained on the sunbeds for two days, reflecting less attention to cleanliness than expected.

Positive, This place is paradise on earth! The fabulous beach with hammocks, the stone baths on the terraces, and the infinity pool made my stay unforgettable. The staff truly went above and beyond to make everything perfect for us. The breakfast was amazing, and I can't wait to return! 🌴

the service was utterly disappointing, with dirty bedsheets and no one clean, filling the empty sun loungers with litter,what a delight! to top it off, an upgrade woudl ve been nice, but I guess they save those for more 'important' guests. I almost gave a decent review, but I just couldn't.

the breakfast was decent, but how could you charge so much and provide that limited selection? absolutely ridiculous. and don’t even get me started on the spa experience, I almost fell asleep from boredom. as a frequent traveler, I expected a complimentary upgrade to a nicer room, but no such luck. typical. My stay at Chez Carole Beach Resort Phu Quoc was delightful! The spacious bungalow offered stunning sea views, and the beach was clean with plenty of palm trees. The staff were exceptionally friendly, making me feel right at home.

The view from our bungalow overlooking the sea was unforgettable, offering breathtaking sunrises each morning. The spacious room made our family feel relaxed, providing all the comforts we needed. Plus, the friendly staff went out of their way to assist us, especially with organizing local tours and activities.

Unfortunately, the cleanliness left something to be desired, as we found some areas not as tidy as expected.

The beach was pristine with kayaking options and a clean pool area. We enjoyed stunning sunsets by the pool and a spacious bungalow overlooking nature.

Felt warm, no complaints whatsoever.
